I booked on impulse while I was visiting Osoyoos, for partial foils and cut. I arrived and was put with Justin. While applying my foils I started feeling very nervous as he did not seem to be confident or comfortable in doing this service. After the foils were on he checked on them and reapplied a few times. The end result was disastrous. Splotchy and uneven colour, with some very over processed bleached areas. If the over processed carried through from root to end it may have been easier to hide (or have fixed). But the over processed parts were in patches, looking cheetah like. I walked out without moving to the hair cut. The plus, Justin did not consider charging me and did not try to convince me this was Ok; he acknowledged the problems. And he was a lovely person. He may even do well with other services, but I would caution anyone from using him for foils/colour. I was disappointed they let him do the foils, when clearly he was out of his element.
One of the worst experiences Ive had at a salon yet. Had called asking if they had any photos of their hair colours and cuts, was laughed at and talked down to on the phone. Showed up to my appointment written down as 12:45 on my card and they told me my appointment was at 12:15 and I no longer had a spot and to book for another day. I will never be going to this salon again. Would not recommend.
Justin is one of the owners but treats you like youre the only customer there.Absolutely top rate service
