Unfortunately, I can't leave a good review of our dinner experience here. We were seated immediately but there was only one waitress taking orders and another (?the manager) busing tables. Because it was a Friday night, we weren't expecting lightening service but it took over an hour for our orders to be taken and then for us to get our food. When our fish & chips came, the portions were big and the fries were very good but the fish was so overcooked that we had to use knives to cut it because just a fork wouldn't. We could have sent it back but were starved so ate about half. At the end of the meal, the manager came and asked how it was and when I nicely told her that the fish was very overcooked, she just looked uncomfortable and said "sorry, we always like to hear customer comments" and walked away. In the end, we're only here for one night but maybe I can let someone else know so they don't have the same experience we did. I'm not generally picky but definitely can't recommend this place.
I was looking for a place to have dinner with my family. I read the reviews on this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. Well the reviews were bang on, the food was great with large portions . The staff were great and the meal arrived in good time. When the bill came I thought there was a mistake, I thought they missed something, but it was correct WOW. Will be eating there again.
Incredibly delicious food! Their salad, always fresh! Chicken wings are really tasty and their lasagna, yum! You literally get more than what you pay for! Been eating at the restaurant everyday for the last three days. I'm in Osoyoos for 10 more days, and I'm glad i'm staying at the connecting hotel. Love love!
We popped in here with starving kids after a long, hot day on the road and expected very little from the restaurant attached to our hotel, but were really surprised by the quality and plentiful food! Initial appearances and a read through the menu had me expecting a lot of pre-made options and a bit of a greasy spoon but the Greek salad, smoked chicken Reuben and kids grilled cheese and pasta dishes were all excellent; hot, fresh and big portions. My daughters rate it delicious and yummy!
Waist of money. 10 minutes to get a glass of water. Another 17 minutes to get the bottle of beer.They also put sweet Chile sauce on my steak. Gross. A couple tables of folks walked out after WAITING to long for service.
