The suite was very nice and I had a good nights sleep. The hot tub was not hot which was the main reason this Inn was selected. I was given a $20.00 rebate upon complaining to the check out staff.The attached restaurant (McKia's): the food, very good but the service poor.After seating ourselves and waiting 10 minutes in direct view of the servers, one did bring us some ice water and the menus. 10 minutes later the server came back and took our order but never asked if we wanted anything else to drink.
Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Our original room wasn't ready when we got there so the front desk staff were very apologetic and upgraded our room. The breakfast buffet was really good and the food was hot. I would recommend this hotel.
We spent three nights. Overall it was a very good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many choices. Hotel is in a quiet area. FYI: Pets are allowed in certain rooms but this was not an issue for us. Definitely would stay here again.
Excellent hotel for the price. Handicapped accessible room is well thought out with grab bars in bathroom in all the right places. Decor was nice and recently renovated. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Coffee was very good.
I like Best Western hotels and their rewards program... As a Diamond member we were upgraded to A one bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable. The front end staff were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast provided hot and cold options.Check out was a breeze.We had an excellent Italian dinner across the street at the Campo Marina Restaurant
