Friendly owner. Clean room. Upgraded me to a suite with kitchen as it was available. Spacious room, nice view from the bedroom. Great sound proof. Beautiful front yard wit seating areas and BBQ grill available for use. Steps away from the centre (2 min drive)/Main st.
I was staying over 1 night on a motorcycle trip and it was perfect. The office was nice and clean and so was the rooms. I would stay here again another time for sure.
This is an older family-owned motel that is well kept & clean. The room we stayed in was more of a suite. Kitchenette, living-room, bathroom & bedroom. Nice flowers outside! Quiet with reasonable rates.

I spent a weekend here as a place to sleep while visiting friends. We stayed in unit #12 on the end. It's a basic motel - fairly clean with enough space for max 6 people comfortably. There's wireless internet, TV, cable, fridge, sink, microwave, gas stove, and oven. 2 double beds in one room. Living room and common area with a pull out sofa bed. There are also a couple BBQs outside that are shared between units. Location is good. It's a short walk to the main street of downtown Osoyoos. Note that most resorts are on the other side of the bridge. Overall, good cheap place to spend a few nights if you need to, but don't expect resort quality.
