THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. The pet policy is not clearly stated until you have paid and checked into the hotel... then you are told your dog isn't allowed on the private beach. Left early... they REFUSED to give ANY refunds even though we left a day early on a prepaid room. Plus we paid extra for our dog! NEVER using this dump again. Not very clean either, toilet whistled, broken a/c hose, television required a service call, phone cords wouldn't stay plugged into phone, lamps that did not work and rude, condescending staff. Stay elsewhere!
I stay at Holiday inn express all the time for work, and the one time that I needed help to cancel a reservation, I was told that I could not get a refund, only a credit which is ridiculous. I want to ensure that everyone knows that this hotel will not help out business travelers when they need it, even if they are IHG members. I am very disappointed and will not stay at this hotel again. They have lost the business of a potential 12 stays in the next year. I now have to drive 2 hours out of my way to stay at a hotel I dont want to...
Beautiful view of the lakes and very friendly staff. You'll have a waterfront view from either side of the hotel. Furnishings are starting to become more worn than the pictures show, and most upstairs suites were missing door frame seals. Poor sound insulation between the room and hallway/other rooms. Mosquitoes are inevitable, but no visible control measures in place - our room had at least 6 flying around when we checked in.
Come here every summer for past 4 years! Great place to stay! Nice beach front too. Close to everything. Clean! Friendly staff and guests.
In July 2018 we were passing through Osoyoos and had a room booked at Holiday Inn & Suites. What an enjoyable place to stay; an awesome view of the lake from our patio! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable; we would love to stay here again sometime. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff. Underground parking and it was easy to get in and out.
