Great Beach! Its always super hot and the water is nice and warm. There is a U-shaped dock for kids and teens to jump off and a shallow end for younger toddlers. Really good food and reasonable prices. Bring a blanket as the sand can get very hot on the beach!

Great spot! Shady and cool on a hot day, delicious breakfast and fair prices. You can tell these folks take pride in the work they do.
Come here once or twice a summer with family, it's always clean and well maintained. The public piano on the boardwalk is a pleasant touch, there are some truly talented people out there. The washroom/changerooms are so - so, but tidy and do their job. Come early to get a good spot on the beach, although the south end is usually less crowded (and furthest from the parking lot).
No idea what the lady meant when she said the owner insulted him, the owner is extremely nice and diligent in his job. I went 2 days ago and he was extremely nice and let my dog in the seating area, not to mention he had a bowl out with water in it for my dog. I had the spinach salad and peach smoothie, both delicious and VERY fresh. I highly recommend this place if you want healthy, fresh food.
